Often, we don't think of the words "yes" and "no" as sacred words. Some members at the Church at Corinth accused the Apostle of Paul of waffling – of saying “yes” and then “no.” But the Apostle Paul responded that it is God’s “YES!” that matters the most. For us, saying "yes" has transformative power but it is risky and costly. How are we open to God's surprises? What does it mean to say "yes" to God even when life feels difficult?
