2nd Sunday in Advent

Isaiah was a prophet during the reign of King Hezekiah.  And yet, this book speaks to the people of God returning from exile back to Jerusalem.  Isaiah's message to the people was to stand fast and to trust in God's Word and promises.  How is it that God dwells with you in wilderness times?  Where do you find the presence of God?  How is it that God is calling you to cry out so that God's presence is revealed to others?
