Church Office Coordinator Position
Seeking a Church Office Coordinator to work in the church office 9-15 hours per week. Duties include, but are not limited to, format and print weekly worship bulletins, answer telephone and email, manage congregational information, and handle various administrative tasks. A successful candidate will have the ability to pay attention to detail, be well organized, learn new software, be able to work independently, practice confidentiality and have a positive attitude. Must have own transportation to get the church mail at the Post Office (mileage reimbursement). Strong grammatical skills, website and social media experience are a plus.
Church office hours: Tuesday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12 noon
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Products, and willingness to learn software such as WordPress, Canva, and Aplos (church management software).
Supervised by the pastor. Also works directly with the Church Treasurer, Council, congregational members and teams.
