Fourth week of a six-week series called Grace-Filled Way of Life on the Letter to the Ephesians. Right now it feels like we are sitting in a canoe in the middle of a lake. And our compass isn’t exactly working well. We have a map but we need to use the contours and landmarks of what’s around us to help navigate. We worry about the storms that we can sense in the far distance. And we know that there is a potential for wildfires. At this point, it seems like it would just be easier to go back to Base camp and maybe into town and just stay at a local hotel. Through Jesus Christ and with the support, encouragement, and gifts of the Holy Spirit, together we are able to accomplish abundantly far more than we have the words to express or the imagination to dream. And we do so with the length, the breadth, the depth, and the height of God’s love for us and for the entire world.
